Greetings, viewers. Eric the Car Guy, here. Today, we're going to show how to remove a taillight on this Honda Accord. We need to get rid of this cover, move that out of the way. You may have to undo some clips, this one was already done. Then there's three eight millimeter fasteners here and two electrical connections, which you can just disconnect like this, that way you get a chance to keep the bulbs. And then just pull out these guys here, which aren't that difficult. Three. Now hang on to this, you don't want it to fall out. Now we just push it through from the backside and it comes right out. And if this gasket is still good, keep it because this helps keep water out of the trunk. Now if you want to get this part of the taillight assembly out, it's very similar. You just lift up the trunk. You've got two fasteners on this one, there's another one up in here. And then, there's going to be a little plastic clip over on this side that you'll have to deal with, this one also has the trunk lock in place, but you don't have to remove that right away. Same as before, just remove the eight millimeter nuts. Don't forget to remove the electrical connection. And there's one last fastener here. You can pull the trunk down for easier access, like I said, you may have to deal with that clip. And I happen to forget one more electrical connection there so there's two electrical connections on the back of this. Once again, save the gasket and the bulbs. And that's how you get a taillight assembly out of a Honda Accord. I'm Eric, the car guy. Be safe, have fun, stay dirty. Thanks for watching.
