- To enhance your experience. Your information helps us to enhance and personalize your shopping experience in our Stores, through our Call Centers, and on our Sites. We may use your personal information to provide tailored promotions and marketing offers, to improve the content of our Sites for you, and to improve your Store and Call Center experience.
- To improve customer service. Your information helps us to more effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs. Based upon the information you provide us, we may send you a welcoming email to verify your information. Security - How We Protect Your Information
At U-Pull-&-Pay we leverage some of the most advanced technology and information privacy practices to maintain the security of customer information. Our security measures meet or exceed both industry and regulatory standards and we proactively look for ways to improve our processes.

All supplied sensitive/credit information and login credentials is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our payment gateway provider's database. Information is only accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems. Authorized individuals are required to keep the information confidential.
No form of electronic communication can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Subsequently, although we will utilize our resources to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. How We Share Your Information Outside U-Pull-&-Pay
We share your personal information with third parties only in the ways that are described in this privacy statement. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We may contract with companies or persons to provide certain services including credit card processing, shipping, data management, collections processing, promotional services, etc. We call these our “Service Providers”. We provide our Service Providers with the information needed for them to perform these services. U-Pull-&-Pay SMS Terms and Conditions
Program Description
U-Pull-&-Pay allows their customers to register their phone to receive account alerts (SMS text notifications) for various business applications. These include updates particular to a vehicle they wish to locate used parts (NotifyMe Alerts), messages sent at the customer’s request via the company’s phone system (Integrated Voice Response or IVR) – such as links to information on the company’s website, as well as loyalty program (VIP Club) updates, such as monthly promotion or sale information or account-specific information (such as VIP Rewards balance updates or confirmation messages regarding changes customers have made to their accounts).

Cost
There are no premium charges for customers using U-Pull-&-Pay's Account alerts. Message and data rates may apply.
Message Frequency
Message Frequency May Vary to Subscribers of U-Pull-&-Pay's Account alerts based on the options or preferences set by customers. For example, customers who select SMS/text messaging as their preferred communication option for NotifyMe Alerts (inventory alerts) will receive one text message for each new vehicle added to the company’s vehicle inventory that matches the location, year, make or model variables set by the customer.
How to Opt-Out
To opt-out of U-Pull-&-Pay’s account alerts program, customers may reply STOP to any type of message received that they no longer wish to receive. U-Pull-&-Pay currently sends account alerts to customers via 70900, 51500 and 25202 for various types of account alerts customers opt-in to receive. Once a customer unsubscribes from any one of these channels, an unsubscribe message will be sent to their number confirming the cancellation, but no more messages will be sent after that one.
