Customer Sales and Support Representative
Location: Atlanta Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time
Years of Experience: 1year preferred Level of Education: High School+
Hours of Operation: Mon.–Sun. 8-6 (EST)
Reports to: Customer Sales & Support Supervisor & Call Center Manager
Position Overview
The primary role of the Pull-A-Part Customer Sales & Support representative is to professionally handle inbound customer service calls, provide consumers with accurate part pricing, inventory, and vehicle interchange. The Representative will also interact with customers suggesting methods for resolving customer’s complaints.
Accountabilities/Requirements
Primary Responsibilities
- Aid in the control of company policies and regulatory requirements
- Utilize phone system to contact the customers on assigned task
- Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, assess, and fulfill customer needs, educate the customer where applicable to ensure a smooth interaction from beginning to end.
- Use all available resources to make certain that of the customer’s needs are met to while being courteous and responsive to customer concerns.
- Maintain an Average Handle Time of 3.5 minutes for calls.
- Maintain a customer promotion conversion rate of 30% +.

- Operate within Pull-A-Part guidelines and policies.
- Utilize Sales and Support tools (Website, Online, Telephonic and Store Locations)
- Make cost effective decisions
- Ensure problems are resolved in a timely manner
- Experience in sales with the ability to meet performance levels.
- Adhere to all schedule requirements, and call service levels.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in a call center
- Proficient in the basic use of PC’s, including Microsoft Windows, Internet Explorer and Microsoft Word
- Demonstrate a passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers
- Strong decision making and analytical abilities
- Ability to troubleshoot customer issues over the phone
- Strong detail orientation and communication/listening skills
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule
- Willingness to accept constructive feedback
- Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Bilingual English & Spanish is not required, but is a considerable plus
- Team player
- Ability to work proactively and independently.
- Ability to work in a dialer driven environment
Desired - Not Required Required Qualifications
- Previous Call Center experience
- Previous experience with reaching assigned targets/metrics.
- Knowledge of Pull-A-Part products
- Process improvement and documentation experience
- High School Diploma from an accredited institution
Salary/Wage:
- $13.50 to $14.75 hourly
- Offer is considered with experiences, bilingual speaking ability & promotability.
