Job Description
We are seeking an automotive customer service representative to join our team! As part of our auto parts customer service team, you will be the first point of contact for our customers when they enter Pull-A-Part. This position offers excellent medical, dental, and vision benefits, paid vacations/holidays, and opportunities for promotion. Our customer service professionals are the face of Pull-A-Part and provide the friendly, caring, and positive experience that turns customers into family!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide customers with information about our products and services
- Handle customer inquiries and/or complaints
- Perform retail functions within the store environment, as needed
- Deliver friendly, helpful, and professional customer service
- Work retail store hours, including overtime, weekends, and some holidays
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous retail experience preferred
- Advanced automotive parts knowledge required
- Must have reliable means of transportation to work
- Ability to work in environments with exposure to all weather conditions
- Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred
